Koh Phangan is home to a gem of restaurant known as eat.co!

Besides having nearly an identical url to us (eataway.co vs eat.co), this vegan spot provides delicious food from the heart! During our stay in Koh Phangan, we’ve grabbed a bite here on several occasions and we have been constantly happy with our dishes!

Marcel had theses mouthwatering meatless “teriyaki chicken” tempeh strips…

in a whole wheat pita pocket! Served with a lush side salad and spicy mango hummus, this dish was both tasty and filling!

One thing is for sure…

there is no way this dog would be into this raw beetroot soup! This uber healthy soup was quite tasty and included some nice crunchy veggies! Even if this dog wouldn’t enjoy this living liquid, I sure did!
