Raw Lumpia Spring Rolls at Fresh in Ubud!

While in Bali, we had the pleasure of stopping by the gorgeous Taksu Spa to meet & film the one and only Chef Arif Springs! He’s the (mostly) raw vegan genius behind this beautiful creation consisting of dehydrated pumpkin wraps, fresh garden vegetables, sunflower + pumpkin seed pate!

This was one stratifying start to our day!

This sample plate included raw za’atar crackers topped with almond hummus along with salad and other raw goodies! Basically, I didn’t want this sampler plate to have “sampler proportions!”
